This was an in person event at the Principal Hotel, York.
The day focussed on two main themes:
Workforce makeup
In the context of not having enough qualified staff nationally, how do we do more with less and how can we think differently about what the workforce looks like?
Retention
We also need to ensure we keep the staff we already have within the NHS. Although pay is a factor, retention is about much more than pay.
